Neat, detailed and restless, Matías has studied and experimented with a wide variety of international and fusion cuisine preparations. Today bets on signature cuisine.

Smartrip Foundation: As a hotel in association with Smartrip, we are driving an agroecological commercialization project for Melipeuco women, to allow them commercialize their vegetables easily
